Shipping Info

Shipping Costs

  • Germany: EUR 3 to 6 (depending on order, inc. VAT)
  • European Union: EUR 5 to 12 (depending on order, inc. VAT)
  • Rest of World: EUR 15 to 53 (depending on order)
Save on shipping costs. We can load each poster tube with up to 8 posters. There is no critical difference in weight so shipping costs usually stay the same.

Shipping Times

All orders are processed within two to three business days. Shipping times are approximate and are in addition to processing times. Standard Shipping within Europe takes about two weeks and for the rest of the world six to eight weeks. Priority Shipping is available for countries outside the EU only and should take about two weeks. Parcels are not trackable.

Payment

At the moment payment can be sent via PayPal only. If you don’t have a PayPal account and you want to order please contact us at shop@eboy.com.

Tax

For customers from the European Union prices include 19% VAT (value added tax).

Return Policy

All products purchased at eBoy may be returned for a refund or exchange, minus the cost of shipping. If an exchange is being made due to an error by eBoy, we will pay the shipping cost of re-sending the package. If an exchange is being made for other reasons, eBoy will charge the customer for additional shipping costs. Merchandise must be unopened and in its original box or package. If the merchandise is opened but defective, the defective merchandise will be replaced by an identical item, upon the return of the defective item to eBoy. eBoy will not accept packages that arrive with unpaid duty and/or customs fees or packages that come ‘Postage Due’. Credit will be issued via PayPal upon return of the product and complying with our return conditions. However, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
